APTCS Group has evolved into a team of experts on project and construction management formerly named APT Consultancy Services, now as Apt Creative Solutions Group Inc. The company was established in May of 2008 providing planning, oversight and implementation services for construction projects. We work diligently with our clients to build collaborative project teams to design, manage and construct projects to see them from inception through completion and beyond.

Our team is composed of an extensive roster of skilled Architects, Master Plumbers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Construction Managers, as well as LEED, WELL, TRUE, EDGE and local green building certified professionals, dedicated to provide efficient and need-specific management solutions.

APTCS Group expands outside the scope of traditional project management services to address a full range of client needs. With our principal being a member of the US Green Building Council, as well as a Project Management Professional certified by The Project Management Institute, we’ve become a leader in sustainable project development and project management.
